CNRS, the French National Center for Scientific Research, has announced the addition of highly skilled biomedical data scientist Majd Abdallah to their team. Abdallah, who holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Bordeaux, will be contributing his expertise to the EOSC4Cancer project.
Abdallah’s background in biophysics and medical image processing, combined with his passion for the intersection of health sciences, bioinformatics, and artificial intelligence, makes him a valuable addition to the project’s mission to improve cancer patients’ quality of life.
In his previous postdoc role at the National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology, Abdallah played a vital role in developing a universal programming language for neuroscience research. Now, in his current role in WP3, he will leverage his experience in bioinformatics and machine learning to match cancer patients to clinical trials.
The addition of Abdallah to the EOSC4Cancer project is highly anticipated, and CNRS is excited to see the valuable contributions he will make towards the project’s goals.
