Deliverable D3.2 – Integrative analysis of multiple data types within cancer portals

Deliverable D3.2 outlines the development of a portable, federated system for integrated analysis of standardized cancer data types, including clinical, radiomic, time series, and DNA variant data. It ensures compliance with FAIR data practices and leverages established analytical tools to enable local adaptation. A key feature is the integration of cBioPortal with the Galaxy workflow engine, enabling automated external analyses—such as tumor clone detection using PyClone VI—with results returned for visualization within cBioPortal.
